What you can do here
Read the creative guides, work through the original prompt exercises and join the generation waitlist. The public website does not currently generate videos, accept image uploads, sell credits or require a user account.
Guide examples are writing exercises, not demonstrations of verified Pumio output. The waitlist is optional and does not reserve a launch date.
Confirming your email
Joining the waitlist requires an email confirmation. Open the confirmation link and choose Confirm email. Check your spam folder if the message does not arrive. Confirmation links expire after 24 hours.
Contact Kitta ai
For help with Pumio or your email preferences, contact support@pumio.app. Include the page address and a description of the issue, but do not send private images or passwords.
Leaving the waitlist
Use the unsubscribe link in the confirmation message, then confirm your choice. You do not need an account. A suppressed address is not silently re-added by another form submission.
If a confirmation does not arrive
Check the spelling of your address and your spam folder. If your confirmation link has expired, return to the page where you joined and request a new one. Previously confirmed addresses do not need another confirmation.
If signup is temporarily unavailable, try again later or contact support@pumio.app. Do not send your confirmation or unsubscribe link to support; those links contain private tokens.
